When you create a website it must include an easy, consistent Site Navigation system.

You must make it easy for users to find their way around on your site.

The color of navigational tools should be consistent on each page.

The location of these devices should also be consistent.

It is better to provide too much in the way of navigational tools than not enough. When using images,buttons or bullets, it may help to use the alt or title attribute to tell a user where this link will take them.
