Create a Website Template

This web page uses an outdated method for structuring. It is now Just as easy to create websites the right Way!!

This web page was created using template layout #4.

I added some borders and some images from our graphics gallery to spruce it up a bit.

Font colors and size are set in the head section of the document using an embedded stylesheet.

Borders are added by placing inline style sheets in the code for the tables.
