HTML

Hyper Text Markup Language. A simple tag oriented code used to build web pages. Visit our Free HTML Tutorial.

Web Host

A web host is a company that sells storage space on a web server connected to the internet. Most provide web tools for creating and maintaining a web site. They also provide email accounts that are coordinated with a customer's web site. Most charge by the month for their services.

WYSIWYG Editor

Stands for What You See Is What You Get. A web page editor that doesn't require you to learn to code. Works like a wordprocessor. Most of its functions are drag and drop, point and click operations. Most online web site builders are of the WYSIWYG type.
